If you’re not entirely happy with the goods, or even if you’ve changed your mind, you must either return the goods in person to where you bought them or post them back to us at Jeffrey’s Tonic Ltd, Unit 5, Europa Court, Dee View Boulevard, Chester CH1 4NP.

We will accept returns as follows:-
Goods returned within 14 days from the date of purchase where you’ve changed your mind with proof of purchase
Faulty or misdescribed goods within six months of date of purchase with proof of purchase
Please note that unsealed goods cannot be returned for health protection purposes unless faulty or misdescribed.
Proof of purchase
Valid till receipt detailing the item, transaction, cost and day of purchase
Bank, building society or credit card statement (printed paper version)
If you cannot supply proof of purchase we will refund at the current selling price and onto a gift card.
When we will pay the costs of return
(a) if the goods are faulty or misdescribed;
(b) if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the goods or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong; or
(c) if you are a consumer exercising your legal right to change your mind.
(d) In all other circumstances, you must pay the costs of return.
What we charge for collection
If you are responsible for the costs of return and we are collecting the goods from you, we will charge you the direct cost to us of collection.
How we will refund you
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price you paid for the goods including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may reduce your refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any deduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by you.
When your refund will be made
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind then if we have not offered to collect the goods your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the goods back to us.
